Your lead providers will be able to send their quotes right into your ABD account! When your account is created you will receive an import address for your lead provider to send leads into. Once leads are emailed to your import account, ABD parses out the data and makes them available for you to begin working your leads right away!

API

You can import quotes into ABD directly from your website by sending your leads to your import email account or by submitting the quote information directly to our API!  One of our programmers will work with either you or your lead provider to begin receiving leads in just minutes. ABD allows you to quickly price, assign leads, or distribute leads to your staff. Quote emails will deliver all of the important information your customers will need to place their orders. Once your customers review the information, they can click on a link from within the email to conveniently place their order online.

Customized Email

Included in your 30-day trial, ABD will create an HTML email piece based on graphics from your website. Quote emails will deliver all of the important information your customers will need in order to place their orders. Once your customers review the information, they can click on a link from within the email to conveniently place their order online. Fully customized automated emails include specific order information such as notification of booking, dispatch alerts to customers, information updating them that a carrier has been assigned and who it is, and updates informing them that their order has been completed and delivered. Geo Zip

Geo Zip and Reverse Geo Zip give you the ability to gain necessary information in regard to location, city, state and zip when it is not sent by the lead provider. With Geo Zip, missing zip codes are automatically looked up and applied based on city and state. With Reverse Geo Zip, AutoBrokerDispatch.com is also able to reference zip codes to look up the city and state based on the zip code.

Online Order Portal

Your customers can reserve their orders directly online. A link to the order entry portal is included on every quote you send out. Additionally, you can even place a link to the order portal on your website! Once a customer enters the portal, they will submit their information in just four easy steps. Your terms and conditions are also made viewable through the portal so you can be sure every online customer has an opporitunity to view your legal agreement.
